Chiru hires Chinni for his 150th project. Hans Talkies, last week, reported that megastar Chiranjeevi is likely to favour VV Vinayak over Puri Jagannadh for his landmark 150th film. In this regard, the latest development we hear is that Chiru and his son Ram Charan have hired the services of writer Chinni Krishna for the project.

Hans Talkies, last week, reported that megastar Chiranjeevi is likely to favour VV Vinayak over Puri Jagannadh for his landmark 150th film. In this regard, the latest development we hear is that Chiru and his son Ram Charan have hired the services of writer Chinni Krishna for the project. The writer is associated with penning blockbusters like ‘Narasimhanaidu’ and ‘Indra’ in the past. His recent work was ‘Genius’.
A source close to the development informs, “Yes. Chinni has been roped in to prepare an entertaining subject with mass elements. He has been allotted former Praja Rajyam Party office in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, to work on the same. If the writer comes up with a story which Chiru will take a liking to, Vinayak will direct it.”
The source adds that Puri Jagannadh’s camp is aware of the fact that Chinni is also working on a separate script for Chiru. “Puri and BVS Ravi recently came to know about this development but they are least perturbed. They are certain of coming up with a second half which will amaze Chiru.”
Puri recently stated that the actor-turned-politician was thrilled with the first half of his script and that he will work hard to ensure that second half will be ten times better to that of the first half. When contacted, Chinni Krishna said, “At the time of the film’s launch, Mr Chiranjeevi will announce who will be his director and writer. Please wait till then. There are enough rumours circulating around the project already.”When prodded, he said, “I will speak about it after a week.”
