Rajamouli has showcased true potential of Telugu cinema in Baahubali: Venky

SS Rajamouli's Baahubali is shaking the box office worldwide. Victory Venkatesh is bowled over by the visual effects. He took to social networking site Facebook to sing praises of the film.

“I sincerely thank and congratulate SS Rajamouli, Prabhas, Rana, all the co-stars, the technicians, the Vfx artists, and the thousands of support staff and artistes who worked behind the scenes to help create such a majestic work of art on celluloid. ‘Baahubali’ strikes a near-perfect balance between larger-than-life versus classic story telling. In the making for over 2 years, with state-of-art visual effects, this mythical good over evil plot has brought the Telugu Film Industry into global spotlight. The most heartening thing for me is that, international audiences have accepted an Indian mythical story with such warmth," he posted.

"I would also like to congratulate K Raghavendra Rao garu and Shobu for having believed in the project and invested their time, effort and resources in showcasing the true potential of Telugu cinema.
