Actor Varun Dhawan said an injury suffered by his ‘Dishoom’ co-star John Abraham has ended up giving him a much-needed break from shooting.
“Actually, it became easier for me because for 60 days I was in Hyderabad, and from there, I was supposed to fly directly to Abu Dhabi for the ‘Dishoom’ shoot. Now, because of John’s injury, I’ve got some time in between,” Varun said when asked about John’s injury.

And when John is fully healed, we’ll go back and start beating up people together,” Varun quipped.
The next schedule of 'Dishoom’ was planned for Abu Dhabi when news of John’s injury made the crew reschedule the plans. John had injured his knee during a rigorous action sequence for ‘Force 2’.
‘Dishoom’, directed by Varun’s brother Rohit and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, also stars Jacqueline Fernandez.
