Trisha amazed at Zaheerabad crowd conduct

Perhaps for the first time in her career Trisha got a feel of shooting outdoors in front of thousands of people. Recently, the actress was shooting at Zaheerabad, Medak district, for ‘Nayaki’ and learning about the development; scores of people thronged the sets to have a glimpse of their favorite actress.

Recently, the actress was shooting at Zaheerabad, Medak district, for ‘Nayaki’ and learning about the development; scores of people thronged the sets to have a glimpse of their favorite actress. The unit shot for a few crucial scenes in the streets and a song for five days, and the crowd turned out in big numbers to get a dekho of Trisha. But much to her surprise, none of villagers disrupted the shoot.

“Initially, I was nervous to see the crowd in large number since it was the first time I was shooting openly in front of thousands of people. I thought it’ll be a challenge but much to my surprise, the way they conducted themselves was amazing. None of them broke into the sets or went berserk. They were happy and enjoyed watching how shooting unfolds. It was a great experience shooting in front of so many,” beams the actress.
Understandably, the crowd kept following Trisha wherever she shot for. “Yes, they followed me throughout,” she smiles, “Earlier too I shot in several outdoor locations in South but this is the first time I was a spectator to a crowd of such proportion who were so disciplined. We thank them for being supportive and the shooting would not have been a smooth sailing without them.”
‘Nayaki’ is a horror comedy directed by Govardhan. The film is in the last leg of production.
