Renowned Bollywood cinematographer Aseem Mishra has been roped in as the lensman for Ram Charan’s as-yet untitled movie; a remake of Tamil hit ‘Thani Oruvan’.
Renowned Bollywood cinematographer Aseem Mishra has been roped in as the lensman for Ram Charan’s as-yet untitled movie; a remake of Tamil hit ‘Thani Oruvan’. This would be the first time that Aseem, who worked for hit Hindi projects like 'Paan Singh Tomar', 'Ek Tha Tiger', 'Dabangg 2' and 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', will be working for a Telugu film.
A close to the unit confirms, “Recently the makers of the film met the cinematographer, who exhibited his interest to work in South cinema. He even watched the original and was quite fascinated with the way it was narrated and filmed.”
Shruti Haasan is paired opposite Ram Charan in the film, which will be produced by Allu Aravind and NV Prasad. Director Surender Reddy is presently giving final touches to the script.
