Mahesh Babu bags best actor award for Srimanthudu

Mahesh Babu who is riding high on the success of his last film Srimanthudu bagged the best actor in a leading role for the movie at the IIFA Utsavam Awards held recently in Hyderabad.

Srimanthudu won a total of six awards including Best Leading Role - Female for Shruti Haasan, Supporting Role Male for actor Jagapathi Babu, best Lyricist for Ramajogayya Sastry, best Playback Singer Male for Sagar and best Music Direction for Devi Sri Prasad.

Currently, the superstar is busy with the movie shoot of Brahmotsavam under the direction of Srikanth Addala.
