Actress Neha Sharma, who is back after a two year gap with ‘Tum Bin 2’, the sequel of much-loved romance ‘Tum Bin’, said she wanted to work in a role that has some potential to prove herself as an actress.

"I decided to take a gap as I wanted to make sure that I do a role that has some potential; not just hang around and dancing as a regular girl kind of stuff. This is a film where I have the opportunity to display my talent. I am really utterly grateful to all people who thought me as a right choice for the role," she said at the film's trailer launch in Mumbai recently.

The 28-year-old actress who was last seen in Vasu Bhagnani's 2014 release ‘Youngistaan’ added, "Whenever I work in a film, I do feel the pressure. There is a certain dream I want to achieve. I feel I am still trying to make it and prove to world and to myself. So of course, there is a pressure, excitement, mixed of everything."

Asked what made her to take up the film, directed by Anubhav Sinha, Neha said, "As you watch it, you will realise the uniqueness about the film.’Tum Bin 2' is a simple narrative that will touch your heart. When I read, I felt like I need to be a part of it. So I guess, the story, the screenplay, the entire setup made me to do the film. It's a human story which should connect with everybody."
