As Anjnali’s forthcoming film ‘Chitrangda’ is nearing release, we get to hear more interesting things about the female-centric film. Apparently, the actress gave her younger cast and crew a run for their money - not just with her multiple looks, but also with her incredible fitness levels. Her work ethic and dedication while shooting in the bone-chilling winter in USA for ‘Chitrangda’ left the team mighty impressed.
The film’s director Ashok lauds Anjali for her endurance levels while shooting scenes in USA. “We headed to the US in December last year for a month-long shoot. However, we never thought that the prolonged exposure to cold weather would take a toll on us.
The team shot extensively outdoors in extreme weather when the temperature was as cold as minus 13 degree Celsius, and it was tough. But Anjali remained calm and composed and gave her best performances even while most of us went numb with the cold. The portions shot in the US in the biting cold are among her best scenes,” lauds the director.
