Manjula Ghattamaneni, daughter of superstar Krishna is all set to test her luck as a director with a film being produced by her husband Sanjay Swarup in association with another production house.
The movie was launched in Hyderabad on Wednesday and features Sundeep Kishan, Amyra Dastur and Tridha Choudhry in the lead. Manjula has also written the story and screenplay for this project.
She is quite a prominent producer and has films like ‘Show’, ‘Naani’, ‘Pokiri’, ‘Kavya’s Diary’ and ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’ to her credit. In fact, her maiden production ‘Show’, in which she also played the lead bagged Nation Film Award for ‘Best Feature Film in Telugu’.
