Kajal, P Vasu to team up?
It looks like, glam diva Kajal, is determined to chart a new course after crossing the landmark 50-odd films in her illustrious career starting from ‘Laxmi Kalyanam’ to ‘Nene Raja Nene Mantri’. After sharing screen space with superstars like Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, Jr NTR, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun, the actress is all set to go solo in her upcoming film with seasoned director P Vasu.

Actually, Tamil director P Vasu who gave big hits like `Chandramukhi’ and `Shivalinga’ wanted a top female actor to play the protagonist in his upcoming spooky film and finally zeroed in `Khadi No. 150’ actress. “P Vasu narrated a gripping thriller to actress Kajal and she liked the script in-principle. As she has to carry the film on her slender shoulders, she has asked for some time to confirm,’ says a source from Chennai.
If everything goes right, Kajal could be doing her maiden multi-lingual female-centric film to enthrall her fans. “She has been looking to do an author-backed role for some time and she could team up with P Vasu who is adept in making star-studded flicks,” adds source. If it works out, Kajal would be joining the league of Anushka, Nayantara and Charmme who are hailed as torch-bearers of female-oriented movies.
