Drug Racket case: Charmi gets partial relief

Actress Charmi Kaur has managed to get some relief in the massive drug scandal. The actress petitioned in Hyderabad High Court seeking women officials for interrogation her and requested for the presence of her lawyer during the questioning.

While the Court accepted her request of woman officials interrogating her and that the questioning should take place between from 10 AM to PM, her request for the lawyer's presence was rejected.

The Court even ruled that without Charmi's consent, no samples of the blood, nail or hair could be taken from her. Also, Charmi can have the SIT interrogation at a place of her choice.

Charmi who earlier was scheduled to appear for the investigation on July 21, will now attend the questioning on July 26.
