Charan steps back for Pawan but Rangasthalam 1985 to clash with Akhil
Looks like Akkineni Akhil and Ram Charan are all set to have an epic clash at Christmas box office. Going into details, Akkineni Akhil is currently working with his second film which is being helmed by Vikram Kumar and produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna.

In a recent interview, Akhil said he is planning to release his upcoming film on the occasion of Christmas. Speculations were rife that Nagarjuna considers Christmas season is one of the lucky seasons for him because Nagarjuna's many movies had turned out to be hits in December.
On Other hand, Ram Charan who is currently busy with the shoot Rangasthalam 1985 is also planning to release the film in the month of December. The makers of the movie were in a plan to release the film on the eve of Pongal. But they have stepped back due to Pawan's next film and is slated for Sankranthi release as per the sources.
Other side, the makers of Rangasthalam are eyeing to repeat positive sentiment of Charan's 'Dhruva' released in last December became a success at the box office.
We have to wait and see whether Akhil and Charan's films will release in the same week or they will maintain a two-week gap. Ongoing reports suggest that Charan and Akhil office fight for December is confirmed. Watch the space for more updates.
