Despite not signing a Telugu film for more than a year, glam diva Shruti Haasan wants to do more Telugu films. "I am indebted to Telugu cinema since my first blockbuster 'Gabbar Singh' gave me the much-needed break and the rest is history," said the actress, in a statement.

"I heard a couple of scripts from Telugu filmmakers recently, but nothing really excited me. Once I get the right kind of role, I will return to T-town with a bang this year," she added.

Meanwhile, the actress is busy with other language movies and her music albums. "Without music, my life will become lifeless," she pointed out. Talking about her father Kamal Haasan's entry into politics, she adds, "My father has good knowledge of happenings in society and also has remedies to make society a peaceful and progressive state.

He has a clear road map to change the political scenario for better," she pointed out. Dismissing marriage rumours with her London boyfriend, she said "Love is in the air but marriage has to wait." Shruti was last seen in the flop film ‘Katamarayudu' but has her share of hits like 'Srimanthudu' to her credit.
