Kalyaan Dhev in boy-next-door role

Industrialist-turned-actor and Chiranjeevi’s son-in-law Kalyaan Dhev is all set to make his debut in the Telugu film industry with `Vijetha’. The trailer of the film was released on Tuesday, in which we see Kalyaan playing the role of a graduate who is in search of a job. Despite facing many interviews, he fails to land in his dream job.

His father is worried and wonders how long his son’s life will continue to be in a limbo. He counsels Kalyaan to compromise instead of waiting for the perfect job. Instead, Kalyaan goes ahead and falls in love.

Will a boy, who got everything just the way he wanted from his father be able to compromise on one of the most important things in life? When faced with a problem that hurts his father, Kalyan’s character goes through a transformation. Pretty actress Malavika Nair plays the leading lady in Rakesh Sashii’s directorial venture. The film is produced by Rajani Korrapati under the banner of Varaahi Productions.

The title of the film is inspired by Chiranjeevi’s 1985 superhit movie, also titled ‘Vijetha’. The team is currently working in the final schedule and post production work simultaneously. Already,as mega heroes like Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Varun Tej and Sai Dharam Tej are well-entrenched in T-town, will Kalyaan join the bandwagon? That remains to be seen.
