Rakul prefers South over B-town?

Even though, pretty damsel Rakul Preet Singh is doing back-to-back Hindi films including ‘Aiyaarey’ which was released and a big ticket film with biggie Ajay Devgn nearing completion, the ‘Spyder’ actress is preferring South films over Bollywood. “Her priority is South and has signed films in Telugu and Tamil languages as she wants to to park herself down south.

She has attained good popularity and reputation and considerable fan following for her body of work in south,” says a source, close to the actress, who claims that she has signed more Tamil films right now. “She has four Tamil films with big stars like Surya, Karthi and Siva Karthikeyan to carve a niche for herself in Kollywood. Already, she has tasted massive success with ‘Khakee,” he adds.

Earlier, the ‘Ra Randoi Veduka Chudham’ star has taken a break for a couple of weeks to get into shape and now is raring to go, adds the source. “She has worked on her body and got into shape to give her rivals a run for their money with her gorgeous looks and talent. Because she is one of the very few divas who moved to the big league much faster than her peers,” he points out.

Meanwhile, her Hindi film with Ajay Devgn is getting ready and she has done a performance-oriented role. "She is a great admirer of Ajay Devgn and watched most of his films. Has a high regard for the ace actor,” he concludes.
