The song “Egesi…Egesi,” written by Pala Sandram in the film ‘Nene Saroja’ with the tagline ‘Uraf Karam Chai’ was picturised on the lead pair Kaushik Babu and Meghna in the premises of Rudramadevi gardens at the Kushi Mahal fort in Warangal a few days ago.

Speaking on the occasion, noted film writer and producer Sadanand Sharada, who is producing the film under the banner of S3 creations said that they were producing a film in the backdrop of Telangana region after a long gap and as a result, people came in large numbers to witness the shooting. Coming to the storyline, he said that ‘Nene Saroja’ deals with how a woman faces lots of hurdles and realizes her goal in a society tormented with gender inequalities, violence, acid attacks and rapes.

He said that Sriman Gummadi Valli was helming the film which highlights the cultural values and traditions of the Telangana State. He said that till now, two schedules of the film were completed and the entire family could enjoy the film. He said that Meghana did a wonderful job in the title role. Suman, Chandramohan and Vinjamoori Madhu will be seen in other important roles. While Ramesh Mukkera scored the music, Allani Sridhar is presenting it.
