Prabhu Deva returns with a dance movie
Noted producer C Kalyan has acquired the rights of the movie Lakshmi starring Prabhu Deva and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles
Noted producer C Kalyan has acquired the rights of the movie ‘Lakshmi’ starring Prabhu Deva and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles. Written and directed by AL Vijay, the film marks the debut of Ditya Bhande, the winner of kids dance reality show, ‘Super Dancer’ season one. It is being released under the banners of CK Entertainments, CK Arts and Trident.
‘Lakshmi’ is a film-based on music and dance while Prabhu Deva will be seen in the role of a mentor to Ditya in the movie. The two teasers and songs, which were released earlier, evoked tremendous response and expectations are soaring, aver makers. Speaking to the media, C Kalyan said that the audio of ‘Lakshmi’ would be released on August 12 and the film would hit the screens worldwide on August 24.
The film also stars Kovai Sarala, Salman Yusuf Khan, Chams, Akshat Singh, Jeet Das and Sam Paul in supporting roles. Sam CS has composed music for the film while Nirav Shah has handled the cinematography.
