After trying her luck in Bollywood with ‘Munna Michael’, newbie Nidhi Agarwal is all set to explore the Telugu film industry with ‘Savyasachi’. “I am happy to begin my T-town stint with this subject-driven movie,” said the actress to the media and praised director Chandoo Mondeti for weaving a water-tight script. “I liked the script more like an audience, because I listen to the script not as an actor,” she added. She claims that it was great working with Naga Chaitanya.
“He is a fabulous person,” she quipped. On debuting with a de-glam role, “Its a meaty role and I believe it is a perfect launch for me in the Telugu film industry,” she pointed out. The actress will be donning spectacles as she will be portraying the role of a simple working and independent girl. “She has her own mind. As there are lot of twists and turns in the screenplay, my character just flows with it,” she added. She claims that she is learning Telugu and will be dubbing for herself soon. “Very soon, I’ll dub for myself and also as it is my first film, give me some time to master the nuances of the Telugu language,” she reasons.
