Bhairava Geetha Movie Review and Rating Even though RGV looks like a man who doesnt care for society he always takes subjects that talk about the bad and good in the society

Even though RGV looks like a man who doesn't care for society he always takes subjects that talk about the bad and good in the society. He has a penchant to craft impactful movies and his stories off late haven't been such different but he did produce BhairavaGeetha basing on a real life incident. How did this movie turn out to be?

Plot:

Bhairava (Dhanunjay) is a slave to Subba Reddy (Balarajwadi) who is ungrateful to all the people that work him. He thinks they live to serve him and he lives to rule them. He decides to marry his daughter Geetha (Irra Mor) to Keshava Reddy (Bhaskar Manyam)'s son Katta Reddy (Vijay Ram). Geetha runs away from home and expresses her love for Bhairava. All three Reddys become one to chase the lovers down!

Performances::

Dhanunjay as an actor surprised many with his raw portrayal as a drug addict rowdy in Tagaru opposite Shiv Raj Kumar. His screen presence is good in this role too. He made sure that the character comes out than his original self.

Irra Mor is good looking Vijay Ram tried to be Abhimanyu Singh from Raktha Charitra but he should have tried his own version. He did not create enough impact after a solid start. Balarajwadi and Bhaskar Manyam hammed as much as they can.

Technicalities::

Jagadeesh Cheekati did his best to capture the rawness of the world around. Except for some weird angles, he did his best for the movie.

Ravi Shankar used all popular tunes as BGM mostly from Baahubali. Had he aided the director well, movie's impact would have been different.

Anwar Ali did the editing job. He did what he is asked off really well. He made cut pacy and a bit smooth to digest the raw appeal.

Siddharth seems to be the biggest follower nd fan of RGV. He seems to have just decided to give him a tribute as the man could influence a generation. He used some of the trade mark shots of RGV but did try to come up with his own narrative. The only problem is the gore and he should have controlled it a bit. In the second half movie suddenly shifts tone. He should have made it even smooth. But he did a good job in the first hour of the film.

Analysis::

This is a classic RGV movie with the bitter truth said in a more raw and realistic way. You don't feel like the movie is completely from some other time as the love faces caste problems even today. Latest murders do help the movie cause for youth to get connected.

But the director could have done a better job with the film's second hour and we would have been talking about the movie even more positively. Still with Dhanunjay's help he made a better film than many expect from RGV camp, these days.
