Right from his celluloid debut in 2003, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s film journey has been a roller-coaster ride filled with ups and downs. After the back-to-back debacles of ‘MLA’ and ‘Naa Nuvve’, the 40-year-old actor is firmly determined to bag a solid hit this time around. His upcoming film directed by popular cinematographer KV Guhan has started rolling from the month of May and is currently undergoing its final stages of shoot.
Tipped to be a riveting suspense thriller, ‘118’ is reportedly being considered as the title for the film. Taking the storyline and concept into account, ‘118’ seemed to the apt title for Guhan & Co. Kalyan Ram is sporting a new look in this film and he has also performed some daredevil underwater stunts without using a body double.
His first look has also been released on the occasion of his birthday. Bankrolled by East Coast Productions, the film stars Nivetha Thomas & ‘Arjun Reddy’ girl Shalini Pandey as the two female leads and the makers are planning to release the film in March 1. “Already the song ‘Chandamame’ is trending on the social media,” add makers.
