Cleverly, the producers of Yatra released the film in different areas on their own with the help of the popular distribution houses. They did not sell the film for high prices which helped them in having a grip over the distribution.
Directed by Mahi V Raghav, the film is the biopic on the life of legendary politician YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Vijay and Shashi produced the film under 70mm Entertainments banner.
