Actor Rahul Ramakrishna made a grand entry into Tollywood with the film Arjun Reddy. He is the one who got good fame with that film, after hero Vijay Devrakonda and director Sandeep Vanga. Now, he has turned into a lead actor with the film Mithai. Co-starring Priyadarshee as another lead, this film is gearing up for a release on February 22.
Meanwhile, Rahul told in a recent interview that apart from acting, he has also co-written dialogues for this film. Being worked as a journalist before, Rahul has a good knowledge of both Telugu and English languages. He even penned lyrics for the film Pelli Choopulu in the past.
Directed by newcomer Prashant Kumar, Mithai is a dark comedy which is produced under Red Ants banner. It also features Swetha Varma, Kamal Kamaraju and Gayatri Gupta in other key roles.
