​Amitabh Bachchan Introduces Quick Response Team of Mumbai Police

Amitabh Bachchan introduces the Mumbai Police’s Quick Response Team. The promotional video is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Yash Raj Films.

Filmmaker Ali Abbas dropped the video on his social media handle. He captioned it, “Quick Response Team @MumbaiPolice @SrBachchan”

The video features none other than Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan along with Mumbai Police Quick Response Team commandos, who are highly trained to specifically combat adverse situations and ensure security in the city.

In the video, Amitabh Bachchan is seen saying, “This is Quick Response Team of Mumbai Police. After the 26/11 attack, this team has been formed to effective and quickly deal with any such untoward situation in the future...These elite commandos trained by country and world’s best trainers are ready to keep Mumbai and its residents safe...Mumbai Police, your police my police”

The special team has been formed after the city witnessed one of the worst terror attacks in 2008. These elite commandos are armed with laser guns and high-tech weapons to neutralize any threat.

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is currently promoting his second outing with Taapsee Pannu, Badla, which is directed by Sujoy Ghosh.

As for filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, his latest collaboration with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, Bharat, will soon hit the marquee.
