X class student abducted, gang-raped by 4, gang-raped of Chaitanya Bharati High School Student. A lorry driver helped her to get into a bus to reach Suryapet, where she narrated the incident to parents/relatives
Miryalaguda (Nalgonda): A tenth class a student of Chaitanya Bharati High School was allegedly kidnapped and gang-raped by four persons here. The incident took place after one Mahesh of Ramachandragudem managed to secure her photograph. On December 27, he called the girl promising to hand it over to her. When she reached the spot, three persons following her in an auto, dragged the victim into the vehicle and drugged her. They took her to a secluded spot and resorted to gang-rape while she was lying unconscious. After recovering consciousness, the girl screamed forcing the four to flee.
A lorry driver helped her to get into a bus to reach Suryapet, where she narrated the incident to parents/relatives. They hesitated to lodge a police complaint. After procrastinating for a few days, they approached the Miryalaguda Two Town police, charging Mahesh with the offence.
