Adilabad: Spurned youth slays minor girl
Spurned youth slays minor girl, Jimmisetti Ravi, Kondapalli Anusha, Kondapalli Anusha Murder. They warned the youth to mend his ways and not to harass here. However, he paid no need to their warning.
Adilabad: A youth brutally murdered a minor girl by attacking her with a knife in her house at Kanukuru village of Jaipur mandal in the district on Tuesday night. The girl had repeatedly spurned his love and even her parents had warned him.
According to police, Jimmisetti Ravi had been harassing Kondapalli Anusha, a 9th standard student, of the same village in the name of love. The girl took the issue to the notice of her parents and the villagers.
They warned the youth to mend his ways and not to harass here. However, he paid no need to their warning.
When the girl was studying along with her friend in her house on Tuesday night Ravi forcibly entered the house and questioned her about his lover proposal. As Manisha started shouting to raise an alarm he attacked her with the knife causing severe injuries. Her friend alerted the locals who rushed the injured girl to a hospital at Mancherial, where she died. The accused surrendered in Jaipur police station.
