Hyderabad: On Thursday, the customs officials have detained a person named Ajmat Khan who travelled from Malaysia by Malaysia Airlines and who was on his way to Chennai, for allegedly carrying ½ kg gold in the form of biscuits. The gold has been seized by the customs officials at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad in Hyderabad.
During the regular checking operations carried out by the customs officials, they found ½ kg gold hidden in the clothes of accused. He has been detained and has been interrogated by the customs officials.
