Anantapur: Minor girl raped, made pregnant by five men

Gutti: In another heinous incident that took place at Gutti in Anantapur district, a minor girl was repeatedly raped by five men and made her pregnant. The victim’s family has been residing at a colony of Gutti town in Anantapur district. A year before their elder daughter’s marriage was done. During that period, the younger daughter aged about 15yrs happened to get introduced to Moses, the photographer from the neighbouring colony. The youth used to make frequent visits to their home, thereafter. During this episode, the photographer somehow trapped her and owned her sexually.

He had raped her many times when nobody was there in their home. The increased level of her stomach made her parents to consult a doctor. The doctor informed them that she was conceived and was in the seventh month of pregnancy. The victim accompanied by her parents consulted the police. In her complaint she made it a mention that she was frightened and raped by as many as five persons. Nevertheless, she mentioned the name of Moses alone in her complaint. The police arrested Moses and have been interrogating him. More details are awaited.
