Six kids injured in explosion at scrap shop
Hyderabad: Six Kids Injured in Explosion at Scrap Shop, Six children sustained burn injuries due to an explosion at a scrap shop at Bholakhpur under Musheerabad police limits here on Wednesday.
Hyderabad: Six children sustained burn injuries due to an explosion at a scrap shop at Bholakhpur under Musheerabad police limits here on Wednesday. All the children were working at the scrap yard. The incident took place while the boys were removing aluminum from the waste electricity bulbs.
The condition of an 11-year-old Shoiab who sustained grave injuries is said to critical while five others –- Ali, 10, Abid, 12, Imran, Asadullah, 13, and Sameeruddin, 11-- suffered minor injuries. They were immediately rushed to Gandhi Hospital. Police registered a case and started investigation. Mayor Mohammed Majid Hussain visited the victims at Gandhi Hospital and later inspected the accident spot. Meanwhile, Balala Hakkula Sangham demanded immediate medical attention to victims and stern against the officials of Labour Department.
