Hyderabad: A Sub Inspector of Police has allegedly threatened a girl of dire consequences, if media was approached by her concerning her molestation by a former police officer. This incident has taken place at a police station in the jurisdiction of Panjagutta Division. He allegedly asked the girl to compromise with the accused and threatened her of dire consequences, if the same was not done. The victim who has been already grieving with the injustice caused to her has increased heartache with this recent incident.
Going into the details... a woman approached the police station to make a complaint against an ex-police official for sexually assaulting her. However, the police station denied registering a compliant. She then approached the Human Rights Commission. With their intervention, the police had to register a case. However, a sub inspector made entry to intervene in this matter and has been reportedly threatening her of dire consequences if not compromised with the former police officer.
