Hyderabad: The Banjara Hills police on Tuesday evening arrested a youth for disrobing himself and making crude gestures in front of schoolgirls.
According to the police, the nude-teaser, Deepak, who hails from Nepal, and two of his friends were regularly stripping in front of the girls from a nearby government school on Road No. 7 in Banjara Hills area.
The police said that Deepak and his other friends who stayed in a nearby basti in a rented house routinely harassed the schoolgirls and intentionally undressed themselves and made indecent gestures.
Based on a complaint filed by the school staff, the police registered a case against the accused under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and took up investigation.
“We arrested Deepak and are on the lookout for the remaining absconding nude-teasers,” the cops said.
