According to sources the police held in a room in the police station secretly immediately after the incident. Later they sent him to Vijayawada with all etiquettes. The police filed cases under 304a, 337 sections which allows bail, some senior officers are saying that the case should be booked under the section 304(Culpable Homicide Not Amounting To Murder).
