Nalgonda: An MBBS student Sai Kiran was killed on the spot when the car he was driving hit a tree at Mallareddy Gudem on Monday Morning. The police said the accident happened as he was driving the car at breakneck speed. The police had to extricate him from the mangled remains of the car.
