Hyderabad: Justice T Sunil Chowdary of the High Court at Hyderabad on Friday adjourned to next week petitions filed by Vijay Mallya, United Breweries and Kingfisher, to quash criminal cases filed against them by GMR Airport. The complaint pointed out that Vijay Mallya and United Breweries had stood guarantors for Kingfisher Company for payments of amount to the airport. The complainant then filed a complaint against the defaulting guarantors for cheating.
