Hyderabad: West Zone Police on Tuesday raided a hookah centre in Jubilee Hills for allegedly serving hookah laced with narcotics to customers and arrested their managers. The hookah parlour, which came under police scanner, was 'Beyond Coffee' located on Road No 36. "We registered cases against Section 21/76 of Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA) 2003,” said the cops. The manager of the hookah centre was arrested.
