Five youngsters gang raped a woman at Diguvamanepalli in Penamuru mandal who later throttled her to death and threw her body into the Neeva River.
The incident has shocked even more with the International Women’s Day celebrations taking place within few hundred kms at Nellore. The body was found on the banks of the river and the Police have formed special teams to nab the culprits. Ex gratia of Rs. 5 lakhs was announced by the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to the family of the young woman.
