Nalgonda: Three persons died and six others seriously injured in a road accident at Ratnalavagu, near Aleru, in the district on Wednesday. The accident happened when LPG gas cylinder-laden lorry collided with a sports utility vehicle (SUV). The driver of the SUV and two women passengers died on the spot. The injured were admitted to a hospital at Aleru. The victims reportedly hailed from Hyderabad. The accident happened when they were going to Warangal from Hyderabad. The cylinder-laden lorry overturned in the accident, resulting in leakage of gas. It sparked fears among people. The police rushed to the spot and cordoned off the areas. The fire tenders reached the area and doused the cylinders with water.
