Haryana Church Vandalised, Hanuman Idol replaces Cross

Haryana witnesses tension amongst the religious attack that took place on an under-construction church in Kaimri village.

A group vandalized the church, replacing the cross with an idol of Hanuman. A complaint was lodged against 14 people by Father Subhash Chand of Williwarsh church and a case was registered by police.

The complaint stated that the cross was fragmented and was installed in the statue of Hanuman; a flag depicting Lord Rama was placed and also the accused threatened to kill the father of the church. Moreover, some items including a cooler were stolen from the church stated the complainant.
