Rama Raju have filed an appeal to challenge the lower court\'s verdict at the Nampally sessions court on Monday. The Sessions court will take up the Raju affidavit on Wednesday.

On Thursday, the 23rd Additional Chief Metropolitan magistrate Court Judge BVLN Chakravarthi found Ramalingaraju and nine others guilty of fudging accounts and inflating figures in one of the India's biggest corporate frauds. The judge has said that the accused can challenge the verdict in sessions court within 30 days. According to sources, the Raju brothers in their petition have questioned the very basis of their conviction.
