Tragedy in a family as two killed, 7 hurt inroad mishap
In a tragic incident, two persons were killed on the spot and seven others, including four children of a same family were injured when a car rammed into a hotel signboard at Madinaguda, under Miyapur police station on Wednesday morning. The injured who were rushed to a nearby hospital are stated to be critical.

Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, two persons were killed on the spot and seven others, including four children of a same family were injured when a car rammed into a hotel signboard at Madinaguda, under Miyapur police station on Wednesday morning. The injured who were rushed to a nearby hospital are stated to be critical.
C Srikanth, 29, who was driving the Suzuki Wagon R car lost control over the steering wheel while negotiating a curve and rammed into a big signage put up in front of Lakshmi Vilas hotel after the vehicle’s front tyre got burt on the Madinaguda Road, the police said, adding that the family was returning to their residence at BHEL Township quarters, RC Puram, after attending a family function at Chandrayangutta.
Srikanth and his mother Padma, 55, who occupied the front seats sustained serious head injuries and died on the spot. The dead bodies were handed over to family members after a post-mortem examination conducted at Gandhi Hospital.
