Hyderabad: Man murders family in psychotic rage

In disputes over property, a man murdered his family members leaving his eldest daughter alive who managed to escape his clutches by locking herself in the washroom.

On Friday morning, the man identified to be Somireddy Rami Reddy who resides in Sainagar in Balapur area over a property dispute slit the throats of his mother Subhadra, wife Radhika and daughter Akshaya while they were asleep. After the murders, Ramireddy jumped into dried up well in his farm, however, the neighbours mistook his actions as suicide kept trying to pull him out of the well.

But with the eldest daughter, Pratyusha revealing the entire scenario, local police registered a case against him. Pratyusha revealed to the police that her father always used to harass the family members.
