One killed in road accident

Hyderabad: One person died on the spot after his motorcycle was hit by a DCM van near Satamrai in Shamshabad mandal, while his friend was injured and is undergoing treatment at a hospital. The deceased was identified as K Sudarshan, 38, while the injured as Srinivas, 35, both residents of Padmashallipuram in Kattedan.
According to RGIA police, Sudarshan was riding the motorcycle with his friend. The duo was returning after visiting their friend’s place on Tuesday morning. When they reached near Satamrai crossroads, a speeding DCM van rammed their motorcycle from behind. Due to the impact, Sudarshan fell on the road and suffered head injuries and died on the spot.
