Pastor booked for bigamy
M Naresh (26), pastor at a church in Banjara Hills, was booked for bigamy. He was charged with marrying another woman when his pregnant wife went to her parents’ place. According to police sources, Naresh, who lives Banjara Hills road number 11, got married to Helen Glory of Borabanda in 2010. The couple has two children, a girl and a boy.

Hyderabad: M Naresh (26), pastor at a church in Banjara Hills, was booked for bigamy. He was charged with marrying another woman when his pregnant wife went to her parents’ place. According to police sources, Naresh, who lives Banjara Hills road number 11, got married to Helen Glory of Borabanda in 2010. The couple has two children, a girl and a boy.
Glory, who is now pregnant again, went to her parents’ home in Borabanda about a month ago. Meanwhile, Naresh developed friendship with Olive alias Dimple of Ram Nagar and married her three days ago. On knowing about her husband’s second marriage, Glory along with her father reached Naresh’s house and confronted her husband.
A verbal duel ensued between Glory’s father and Naresh and it led fisticuffs between them. Naresh and Dimple managed to slip away escaped and approached the Banjara Hills police seeking security. Later, Glory went to the police station and lodged a complaint with the police seeking justice, the police said. The Banjara Hills police registered a case against Naresh under Section 494 of IPC.
