The passengers of Bhagyanagar express caught the suspected "syringe psycho"red handed and beat him up on Saturday.
According to reports, the suspected "syringe psycho" pierced his victims with a needle in the train. The train was travelling from Balharshah to Secunderabad.
The accused has been identified as Ravi kumar and reportedly boarded the train at Station Ghanapur.
The scared passengers caught Ravi Kumar and beaten up black and blue. Later, he was handed over to the police.
Police recovered two needles and two sim cards from the accused.
Fear has gripped public in the two Telugu states ever since the 'Injection Psycho' is on the prowl for the past one month.
