Two dead in accidents
A 23-year-old was crushed to death by a RTC bus in Sanathnagar police limits. The incident took place near Metro Station at Erragadda on Thursday night when the victim, T Venkateshwar Rao, tried to get down from a running RTC bus.
Hyderabad: A 23-year-old was crushed to death by a RTC bus in Sanathnagar police limits. The incident took place near Metro Station at Erragadda on Thursday night when the victim, T Venkateshwar Rao, tried to get down from a running RTC bus.
He lost his balance and got crushed under the rear tyre of the same bus. He was immediately rushed to Gandhi Hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Rao was a resident of Bapuji Nagar in Bowenpally and employee of a private firm. In another incident, a 23-year-old painter was killed on spot after he was hit by a train.
According to Nampally Railway Police, the deceased, Hridyalal was hit by a train on the tracks between Hitech City and Hafizpet on Thursday evening. He was a resident of Gokul Plots in Miyapur and native of Gorakhpur in UP.
