Seven-year-old girl found murdered
A seven-year-old girl was found murdered on the outskirts of Gorikothapalli village in Regonda mandal in the district on Monday.
Bhupalpally: A seven-year-old girl was found murdered on the outskirts of Gorikothapalli village in Regonda mandal in the district on Monday.
The deceased child was identified as Earla Reshma, whose birth day falls on Monday. According to the police, she left her house at around 7 pm on Sunday and went to attend a musical night programme in the village and did not return home.
Following which the girls’ parents Raju and Pravalika and their neighbours have searched for the child all around the village. But they could not find the child. Later they lodged a complaint with the local police, who also launched search operations but in vain.
Some of the residents have found the body of the child in an agriculture field on the outskirts of the village on Monday morning.
Regonda police registered a case and launched investigation into the incident.
