Jalamandali warns against illegal water connections

Attapur: A criminal case was filed against a person for getting illegal water connections from GHMC pipeline on Monday. Ch Amarender, a resident of Panduranga Nagar Colony in Attapur, took two illegal tap connections. Jalamandali vigilance officers identified the illegal connections during their inspections.

 After disconnecting the connections, vigilance officers filed a criminal case against the offender in Rajendra Nagar Police Station under the IPC section 269, 430 and 379. On the occasion, Jalamandali authorities issued a warning that criminal cases would be filed against those who take water connections without proper permission.
