Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police in a joint operation with SOT, Shamshabad zone along with Rajendra Nagar police busted Interstate criminal gang on Monday and arrested eight members of the gang. Police seized about 500 grams of gold ornaments and 500 grams of silver ornaments worth Rs 18 lakh.
According to Cyberabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar, the accused Mohammed Sabdar (24), Shanawaz (28), Nadeem (25), Mohammed Nayeem (21), Mohammed Rasheed (22), Mohammed Mustafa (21), Mohammed Asif (23) and Imran (23) belonging to Uttar Pradesh involved in committing the property offences by breaking the locked houses during day light in various Places in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Vijayawada of Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad and Cyberabad Commissionerate’s in Telangana State.
The accused used Sedan cars and Train for their transportation to different parts of the country to commit house burglaries during day light. They spend their illegal earning in betting by playing Cards as well as for their lavish life style.
Police seized 500 grams of gold ornaments and 500 grams of silver ornaments pertaining to 3 cases, a Car, net cash of Rs 20,000, One implement consists of two parts which is used to break the lock of the houses, One screw driver, five Cell phones from them.
