tdRayavaram (East Godavari): Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday said that the party would work with the Left parties and was willing to seek the support of some other parties other than the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) in the ongoing struggle against increase in electricity charges. He said the party leaders would work out a strategy with the Left leaders in the fight against the misdeeds of the Congress on the power front. Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday for the first time during his 'Vastunna Meekosam' padayatra in East Godavari district, the TDP president praised the party MLAs who were on an indefinite fast on the Assembly premises. Announcing an action plan on the stir against the Congress government in the State, Naidu said that the party workers would take up a signature campaign from April 1 in all mandal headquarters and then proceed to the Assembly constituencies. They would finally reach Hyderabad to meet the Governor and submit the signatures. To a question, he said the date for meeting the Governor has not been finalised. Referring to the recent no-confidence motion tabled by YSR Congress party, he said that the TDP was not willing to join hands with the looters of the State. He said the party has already released 'Black Paper' in the Assembly on the acute power crisis in the State and the same would be explained to the public during the signature campaign.
