Hyderabad: Two bright students of Sister Nivedita School Sai Pranav and G. Sai Anhrik Raj of class IV have brought laurels by winning gold and silver medals in the individual kata category under 12 years at the recent “All styles Invitational 3rd International Karate Championship 2019” held at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Visakhapatnam organised by United Shotokhan Karate – Do India recently.

The event witnessed participation of over 1000 contestants from eight countries. The extremely fit, agile and energetic budding champions of the school were ably trained by the Karate instructor, M. Vasudev who has also won the Bronze medal in kumite category/event – senior men at the 3rd international karate championship 2019.

The Principal of the school Jayanti Venkataraman and the Vice-Principal Anuradha Pramod congratulated and appreciated the magnificent performance of the budding champions and the Karate instructor, Vasudev.
