Gitam-HBS has secured multi-layered placements to 92 per cent of its MBA class of 2014 so far. Around 78 companies participated in the campus recruitment process with profiles in finance, marketing, HR, and operations and supply chain management. The average package provided was Rs 3.6 lakh and the maximum was Rs 7 lakh per annum.

Prof. Prasada Rao explained that the students at HBS were thoroughly grounded in management concepts through management games and other co-curricular activities. Rigorous training in soft skills and frequent interaction with top executives of corporate companies also helped them face the recruitment process confidently.
